Competition & Recreational Cheer

ABOUT OUR CHEER PROGRAMS

Our Competition and Recreational Cheer programs are open to boys and girls ages 3–Grade 12, as well as adaptive athletes up to age 21. Our cheer programs give athletes the chance to learn, grow, and shine – both on and off the mat. Cheerleading builds confidence, teamwork, strength, and leadership skills while fostering lasting friendships and school spirit. Whether your athlete is new to cheer or ready to take their skills to the next level, our programs offer supportive coaching and a fun, energetic environment to help them succeed.

Practices are held at the Tiger Legacy & Learning Center, with sessions running seasonally throughout the year. ADAPTIVE CHEER TEAM

Our Tiger Adaptive Cheer Team brings together students of all abilities to share in the excitement and spirit of cheerleading. This inclusive program pairs Farmington cheerleaders, our Cheer Peers, with students with disabilities, creating meaningful connections while building confidence, teamwork, and school pride.

Athletes cheer together at several Farmington High School home football and basketball games, as well as local cheer competitions, where they perform and showcase their hard work and spirit. Beyond the skills learned on the mat, this team celebrates friendship, encouragement, and the joy of performing together. The Adaptive cheer season runs fall through February.
