Parkour is an exciting class built to work on strength, agility, balance, coordination and more through obstacle based, fast paced movement.
Lil' Parkour 3's- (Youth 3 years old) Traversing obstacles through the use of running, vaulting, jumping, climbing, rolling, and other movements to travel from one point to another!
Lil' Parkour 4's- (Youth 4 years old) Traversing obstacles through the use of running, vaulting, jumping, climbing, rolling, and other movements to travel from one point to another!
Parkour 1- (Ages 5-7 years old) Emphasis on spatial awareness over surfaces to focus on fundamental parkour movements including safe ways to fall, proper weight placement, strides, precision landings, mastery of essential vaults and their simpler forms and using walls to carry, redirect and continue momentum.
Parkour 2-(Ages 5-14 years old) Parkour 2 is for those that have tested out of parkour 1, or have been assessed by a coach. Emphasis on spatial awareness over surfaces to focus on fundamental parkour movements including safe ways to fall, proper weight placement, strides, precision landings, mastery of essential vaults and their simpler forms and using walls to carry, redirect and continue momentum. Introduction to basic flips are introduced.
